Day 1 - Arrival at Trivandrum | Welcome to the Evergreen city
Description:
- Meet our representative at a pickup point in Trivandrum and get transferred to your pre-booked hotel.
- Upon your arrival at your hotel, complete the check-in formalities and relax for sometime.
- Visit the Napier Museum to get a glance of the natural history and admire the architecture of the building which is a mix of Kerala, Indian, Chinese and Mughal architectural styles.
- Visit Sri Chitra art gallery, where you will see the beautiful paintings by Raja Ravi Verma, Rabindranath Tagore, etc.

Day 2 - Explore Trivandrum |Evening bliss at the crescent beach

- After having a wholesome breakfast, head out to explore the city.
- Visit the Padmanabhapuram Palace, which is the largest wooden palace known for its fine craftsmanship.
- Spend some time at the Shangumugham Beach, known for the marvelous sculpture of SagarKanya (Mermaid).
- End your day by relaxing by the glittery bay of the crescent-shaped Kovalam Beach.
- After enjoying quite quality time on the beach, return to your hotel and relax.
Day 3 - Departure | Return with happy memories of the coast.

- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
- Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels. The difference in the cost shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due to an increase in the number of guests, hotel change, etc., before the beginning of the trip.
- The hotels are subject to their availability. In case they are not available, the travelers will be accommodated in a property of similar standard.
- Liwana reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance that occurred (i.e weather condition, political condition, or any others) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service.
- GST is applicable to the package cost.
- Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package. Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are to be considered an exclusion in the deal.
- Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Travelers littering may be fined.
- Any sightseeing point which is not completed due to time constraints, traffic jam, natural calamity, travelers starting late, permits issued late or any other reason beyond control, Liwana does not take the liability for a refund or a discount.
- Any breakage or damage of any items in the resort will be charged at actuals.
- All international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover is not a part of the package.
- If in case any traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor Liwana will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
- All meals are available only in the houseboat.
- Guidelines issued by the State-Government are to be followed. Social distancing to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and use of mask recommended.
- Kindly inform the operator about your flight timings prior to the date of travel.
- Heavy rainfalls are observed between June – September which means that real time itinerary changes are possible. In case the roads are blocked due to landslides or any other natural calamity, a permit may not be available to go. Liwana will arrange alternate sightseeing for the travelers however cost of alternative accommodation needs to be borne by the customer as the hotels prebooked execute their cancellation policies & are nonrefundable. This is generally what happens when you book the hotels yourself as well.
- Any kind of drink (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) is not included in the package cost.
- Because of any reason, natural or personal, if the tour or a particular activity is not completed, no refund will be processed.

100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 7 days prior to date of travel.
Confirmation Policy
- As soon as you pay, you will receive a confirmation email from Liwana.
- The remaining amount needs to be paid before the date of travel.
Cancellation Policy

If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellation are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
