• Arrive at the campsite and get settled into your respective camps.
• The accommodation is in swiss tents that can accommodate a maximum of 4 people at a time with an attached washroom.
• Take part in various games available at the campsite like volleyball, cricket, guided trekking, etc.
• Dive into the outdoor swimming pool available at the campsite and have fun.
• Guests can take part in an adventurous river rafting experience at an additional cost of INR 400 only.
• The campsite has amenities like free wifi, RO Water, Light, and a cooler with power backup.
• The package is inclusive of buffet meals like Breakfast, Lunch & dinner to take care of your appetite.
• Enjoy your evenings with some light music and a bonfire under the starry night and have some snacks on 1+1 or 2+2 form at an additional cost of INR 300 and INR 400 respectively.

How to reach?

• The campsite is located at a distance of 4 km from the Hotel grand Tapovan and can be reached easily via public or private transportation.
• The exact activity location will be conveyed to you only after the confirmation of the booking.

Note:

• A minimum of 2 people are required to book the activity.
• Children of age 5-10 years can be accommodated at child price and children above 12 years can be accommodated at adult price.

 

• Enjoy a luxury experience situated amidst the pristine views of lush green forest
• Play various fun games like volleyball, badminton available at the campsite
• Take a relaxing dive into the swimming pool of the resort & play various pool games
• Enjoy a fun bonfire session under the open sky & enjoy some light music at the backdrop

• ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
• Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels. The difference in the cost shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due to an increase in the number of guests, hotel change, etc., before the beginning of the trip.
• GST is applicable to the package cost.
• Any kind of insurance, such as accident, theft, medical, evacuation etc. are not a part of the package.
• Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs or medically/physically unfit will not be allowed for the activity.
• Child above 10 year will be considered equivalent to adult.
• The instructor reserves the right to reject any participant deemed unfit to be part of the activity.
• Participants are not allowed to carry any sharp object, lighter, luggage bag, alcohol, knife, etc.
• For safety purposes, this activity is not recommended for women who are more than 3 months pregnant, anyone that has had major surgery, or has a broken leg/arm, has chronic back or neck pains, etc.
• Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package. Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are to be considered an exclusion in the deal. 
• Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations.
• Drinking, smoking or any other type of intoxication is prohibited on the campsite.
• Any breakage or damage of any items in the resort will be charged at actuals.
• All international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover is not a part of the package.
• If in case any traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor Liwana will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
• Guidelines issued by the State-Government are to be followed. Social distancing to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and use of mask recommended.
• Any kind of drink (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) is not included in the package cost.
• The extra adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars will be at your own cost and are not included in the tour.
• Because of any reason, natural or personal, if the tour or a particular activity is not completed, no refund will be processed.

100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 7 days prior to date of travel.

• As soon as you pay, you will receive a confirmation email from Liwana.
• The remaining amount needs to be paid before the date of travel.

• If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

• If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

• If cancellation are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
