About the Activity:

• Enjoy your stay in the Dome tents that are equipped with regular amenities like common washrooms, sleeping bags, and camping mats.
• One can indulge in various activities at the campsite like trekking, kayaking, fishing, swimming & caving (at own expense). 
• The meals include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks in the evening.
• The are certain varities in food menu

• Veg (Dinner/ Lunch) includes Dal tadka, Paneer sabji or veg sabji, chapati, steamed rice, salad,
• Non-veg (Dinner/ Lunch) includes Chicken curry, chapati, steamed rice, salad.
• Evening snacks include tea and biscuits.
• breakfast on the second day will be served as Tea, Poha/Sandwiches.

• The timings for the meals will be followed as Evening Tea & Snacks (4 PM -6 PM), Dinner Veg/Non-Veg (Self-service from 8:30 PM -10:30 PM), Breakfast (Tea/Sandwich/Poha from 8 AM - 9 AM), and Bonfire after Dinner.
• Minimum 2 people are required to book this package.

 

How to Reach:

Nearest Airport: Bordoloi International Airport, Guwahati is the nearest airport located at a distance of 179 km from the campsite. One can hire either a taxi or a shared vehicle from the airport to reach the campsite.

Nearest Bus Stop: Mawsynram Bus Stand is the nearest bus stop to the campsite located at a distance of 6.6 km. One can hire either a taxi or a shared vehicle from the bus stand to reach the campsite.

Nearest Railway Station: Guwahati Railway Station is the nearest railway station located at a distance of 188 km from the campsite. One can hire either a taxi or a shared vehicle from the railway station to reach the campsite.

Day 1 - Arrive at the campsite

Description:

• 1:00 PM: Arrive at the campsite and get delighted with the astounding surrounding.
• Settle in your well-appointed Dome tents.
• Enjoy the delicious lunch at the dining area.
• After lunch, try various activities at the campsite like trekking, kayaking, fishing, swimming & caving (at your own expense).
• Witness migratory birds with evening snacks.
• After dinner, enjoy a warming bonfire session with your friends.
• Have a comfortable stay in the Dome tents for the night.

 

Day 2 - End of The Trip

Description:

• Start your day with a refreshing morning tea.
• Charge your appetite with a delicious breakfast at the dining area.
• Check out from the campsite till 11:00 AM and head towards the city with beautiful memories.

• Experience camping at the wettest place on earth that is blessed with dense forests, stunning waterfalls, enormous caves, and a lot more.
• Wake up from the sounds of birds chirping and explore the natural vicinity around the campsite with a lake at the forefront.
• Experience stargazing with the light of a bonfire amidst the dense forest area.
• Enjoy bird watching and indulge in various fun-filled activities such as trekking, kayaking, fishing, and a lot more.

• Liwana reserves the right to rearrange or change the itinerary for any reasons that are beyond control like Natural calamity, weather conditions, road block, vvip interference, political manifestation etc.
• Airfare to the starting point of your trip and back is not included in the cost
• The traveler will have to take care of their international airfare, visa fees, airport tax or any kind of insurance cover
•  Liability for change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like change in flight and train schedule; cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, etc. will not be accommodated in the cost.
•  No bill will be reimbursed against any missed service/facility.
• The vehicle for sightseeing is available on an itinerary basis only, and will not be on disposal.
•  Price will vary according to the no. of people.
• Pick up and drop is between a fixed time window. Any delay due to personal or unforeseen circumstances including flight reschedules will incur an extra cost and has to be communicated at the earliest. Sightseeing missed due to delayed flight/train/bus is non-refundable.
• ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
• All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
• Any breakage or damage of any items will be charged at actuals.
• The tour takes place through an Eco-friendly zone; do not encourage littering the local sites or campsites.
• This place doesn't restrict smoking & drinking.
• Washroom facilities are common for everyone.
• Children above 5 year will be charged as adult.
• Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are to be considered an exclusion in the deal.
• Guidelines issued by the respective State-Government is to be followed. Social distancing to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and use of masks recommended.
• The activity might be delayed or postponed due to weather conditions. In such a scenario, the next best possible time slot will be informed.

100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 7 days prior to date of travel.

• As soon as you pay, you will receive a confirmation email from Liwana.
• The remaining amount needs to be paid before the date of travel.

• If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

• If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

• If cancellation are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
