How to Reach:

By Air: Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI) in Delhi is the best and the fastest way to reach Delhi. The airport serves both domestic and international flights.

By Rail: Travelling via train to Delhi is a great alternative as New Delhi Railway Station(NDLS) is one through which most trains arrive and depart from Delhi and is located in Paharganj Area, near Connaught Place.

By Road: Another option is to travel to Delhi via buses as the city is well connected to cities like Jaipur, Agra, Lucknow, and even Kathmandu among others.

Day 1 - Delhi to Rishikesh | Overnight Travel to the Holy City of Rishikesh

Description:

• Reach a predetermined spot in Delhi at around 10:00 PM where you'll be boarding your transfers to Rishikesh.
• You'll be travelling overnight in a comfortable vehicle towards Rishikesh.

 

Day 2 - Stay at Camp | Indulge in Games, Celebrate Holika Dahan and Enjoy a DJ Night

Description:

• You'll be reaching Rishikesh early in the morning where you will be taking a short stopover to explore the sightseeing spots like Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula and Triveni Ghat.
• You can then head to the famous Madras Cafe where you can have your breakfast (at your own cost).
• You will then be travelling towards the camps where on reaching you can complete the check-in formalities and take some rest.
• The rest of the day is at leisure and you can enjoy your time playing indoor and outdoor sports at the campsite.
• You can have Lunch at the buffet prepared at the camps.
• In the evening, you can head out to celebrate Holi which marks the victory of Good over Evil.
• After Holika Dahan, you can enjoy a night full of laughter and happiness and dance to your favourite tracks played by a DJ.
• Enjoy a scrumptious dinner and head back to your camp and retire for the day.

 

Day 3 - Stay at Camp | Celebrate Holi with Vibrant Colours and Enjoy a DJ Night

Description:

• Wake up and have a delicious breakfast in the dining area.
• You can then get ready for an eventful day of Holi Celebrations and head out to the designated area near the camp to play Holi with others.
• Throw Gulaal, Splash Water and enjoy the festival of colours to its fullest.
• You can have Lunch at the buffet prepared at the camps.
• In the evening, you can head back to your camps to freshen up and then head out again to enjoy a DJ Night.
• Sing and Dance to your favourite Bollywood songs and have fun till late in the night.
• Have a delicious dinner and head back to your camps for a good night's sleep.

 

Day 4 - Departure | Rishikesh Sightseeing and Transfer to Delhi

Description:

• Wake up to the sounds of the gurgling waters of majestic Ganga and birds chirping around you.
• Have breakfast at the campsite and proceed to check out from the campsite.
• You can then head out for a sightseeing tour of Rishikesh and visit one of the most revered sights in Rishikesh, the Neelkanth Mahadev Temple, which according to mythological beliefs is a place where Lord Shiva drank the poison that turned his throat blue.
• You can also spend time meditating at the Beatles Ashram, where the famous band learned meditation and composed several songs.
• Alternatively, you can indulge in different adventure activities like River Rafting, Bungee Jumping, Flying Fox, and Giant Wheel at your own expense and as time permits.
• You can also choose to go shopping in the local colourful markets of Rishikesh shopping for souvenirs or go café hopping in the vibrant cafes that line the banks of Ganga.
• Enjoy Lunch at a local restaurant at your own expense.
• In the afternoon, you will be starting your journey back towards Delhi.
• We'll be taking a short stopover where you can have Dinner or can eat snacks at your own expense.
• Conclude the tour with beautiful memories of reaching Delhi late in the evening.

• Liwana reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance that occurred (i.e weather condition, political condition, or any others) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service.
• GST is applicable to the package cost.
• No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, lazer devices, glass bottles will be allowed in the venue.
• The organizers/tour operators are not, in any way, responsible for any personal injury or damage occurring during the event or the tour.
• People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry at the event.
• Any inappropriate behaviour by any of the person shall lead to eviction from the venue without any discussions.
• Consumption and sale of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
• Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package. Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are to be considered an exclusion in the deal. Any kind of drink (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) is not included in the package cost.
• Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels. The difference in the cost shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due to an increase in the number of guests.
• Children above 8 years of age will be considered as adults only. There are no charges for children below 8 years of age.
• Any breakage or damage of any items in the resort will be charged at actuals.
• If in case any traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor Liwana will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
• Guidelines issued by the State-Government are to be followed. Social distancing to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and use of masks recommended.
• ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
• Because of any reason, natural or personal, if the tour or a particular activity is not completed, no refund will be processed.
• All international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover is not a part of the package.

100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 7 days prior to date of travel.

• As soon as you pay, you will receive a confirmation email from Liwana.
• The remaining amount needs to be paid before the date of travel.

• If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

• If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

• If cancellation are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
