Nearest Airport: Dehradun Airport, is the nearest airport located at a distance of 35 km from the location. One can hire either a taxi or a shared vehicle from the airport to reach the location.

Nearest Bus Stop: Dehardun Bus Stand is the nearest bus stop located at a distance of 7 km from the location. One can hire either a taxi or a shared vehicle from the bus stand to reach the campsite.

Nearest Railway Station: Dehradun railway station is the nearest railway station located at a distance of 16 km. One can hire either a taxi or a shared vehicle from the bus stand to reach the location.

• GST is applicable to the package cost.
• Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package. Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are to be considered an exclusion in the deal. Any kind of drink (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) is not included in the package cost.
• Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Travelers littering may be fined.
• The routes are decided and approved by the Air Traffic Control (ATC) and are subject to change due to Air Traffic Control regulations or other unexpected factors beyond our reasonable control like weather and visibility conditions.
• In the event of flight cancellation, all flights will be rescheduled at the client's earliest convenience.
• The local ground operator has the right to refuse any person or carriage of any item if it is deemed unsafe or may cause discomfort to other passengers or the crew.
• Smoking, food, and beverages are not allowed on helicopter flights. Avoid consuming heavy food or alcoholic beverages before and after the activity.
• Passengers are required to bring a photo ID or passport to the helipad check-in area. A valid contact telephone number will also be required.
• Minimum 6 persons are required to book for this activity.
• Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels. The difference in the cost shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due to an increase in the number of guests.
• Children above 8 years of age will be considered as adults only. There are no charges for children below 8 years of age.
• The extra adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars will be at your own cost and are not included in the tour.
• Any breakage or damage of any items will be charged at actuals.
• If in case any traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor Liwana will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
• Guidelines issued by the State-Government are to be followed. Social distancing to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and use of masks recommended.
• ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
• Carry dry snacks/food from home (you will save a lot of money). Carry water bottles with you, so that you can refill.
• Because of any reason, natural or personal, if the tour or a particular activity is not completed, no refund will be processed.

100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 7 days prior to date of travel.

• As soon as you pay, you will receive a confirmation email from Liwana.
• The remaining amount needs to be paid before the date of travel.

• If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

• If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

• If cancellation are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
