About the Activity:

• Arrive at the campsite and check in to the tents allocated to you.
• Freshen up and meet with your trek guide. Get briefed about the trek and embark on the trek to the nearby regions for the true experience of Himalayan beauty.
• Return to the campsite in the evening to enjoy a warm bonfire. Dinner will be served after this and post that, you can retire for the night. 
• Wake up to a beautiful sunrise, have your breakfast and then check out of the camps to move on to your return journey.
• On choosing the option for paragliding, you can avail exciting paragliding activities in Bir by choosing the selected variant

 

How to reach?

The camping location is around 5 km from the Bir bus stand. Transportations to the paragliding spot are not included in the package. The customer has to pay the charges of INR 500 per car(4 seaters). After reaching the paragliding site, customers have to trek for 7 km to reach the campsite.

Day 1 - Arrive at the Campsite | Trekking

Description:

• The experience begins with your arrival at the campsite. Check-in and get camps allotted to you.
• After you have freshened up and are settled, you will be taken on a trek of the nearby regions. Enjoy the beauty of the areas and click some amazing photographs of the beautiful valleys and the snow-capped peaks that surround it.
• When you return to the camp, a bonfire will be lit so you can sit around in its warmth and share stories with everyone.
• Dinner will be served, which you can enjoy under a starry sky.
• Overnight stay in camps.

 

Day 2 - Check-out and Departure

Description:

• Wake up to an amazing sunrise experience in the Himalayas.
• Get served with a warm breakfast.
• Get freshened up and check out of the camps to bring the experience to an end and move on to your return journey.

• Enjoy camping at a picturesque location surrounded by the lush mountains in Bir
• Indulge in exciting guided trekking activity with the assistance of a guide
• Take part in the exciting paragliding activity in the Paragliding capital of India
• Sit around a warm bonfire session under the star-studded sky

• ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
• Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels. The difference in the cost shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due to an increase in the number of guests, hotel change, etc., before the beginning of the trip.
• GST is applicable to the package cost.
• The instructor reserves the right to reject any participant deemed unfit to be part of the activity.
• Participants are not allowed to carry any sharp object, lighter, luggage bag, alcohol, knife, etc.
• For safety purposes, this activity is not recommended for women who are more than 3 months pregnant, anyone that has had major surgery, or has a broken leg/arm, has chronic back or neck pains, etc.
• Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package. Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are to be considered an exclusion in the deal. 
• Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations.
• Drinking, smoking or any other type of intoxication is prohibited on the campsite.
• Also, if someone feels like not participating in the activities, they can always choose to sit back, relax and marvel at nature.
• Any breakage or damage of any items in the resort will be charged at actuals.
• All international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover is not a part of the package.
• If in case any traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor Liwana will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
• Guidelines issued by the State-Government are to be followed. Social distancing to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and use of mask recommended.
• Any kind of drink (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) is not included in the package cost.
• The extra adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars will be at your own cost and are not included in the tour.
• Because of any reason, natural or personal, if the tour or a particular activity is not completed, no refund will be processed.

100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 7 days prior to date of travel.

• As soon as you pay, you will receive a confirmation email from Liwana.
• The remaining amount needs to be paid before the date of travel.

• If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

• If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

• If cancellation are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
